ADFEC Inc. is an association of individual Business Development Service Providers engaged in the promotion and development of micro, small and medium enterprises in the Philippines.

The association was originally established in 1996, composed of service providers who were equipped by the GTZ in the experiential learning methodology “Competency Based Economies through the Formation of Entrepreneurs (CEFE)” –an internationally known approach in entrepreneurship and enterprise development.
